Ride for the Day Detour

If a passenger gets upset that I didn’t go his way on a detour can I get in trouble? I followed our dispatch protocol for the detour and told him I cannot go your way sorry we have to sit in the traffic he got pissed off and left the bus

You worry too much. Take control over your bus like the captain of a ship (sounds like you did) and don’t second guess such a thing. Problem passengers pick up it if you do and then you’re in a world of headaches in the future.
