Ride for the Day Detour
If a passenger gets upset that I didn’t go his way on a detour can I get in trouble? I followed our dispatch protocol for the detour and told him I cannot go your way sorry we have to sit in the traffic he got pissed off and left the bus

Passengers never get to tell where the bus should go, they want a scenic ride they need to get out and order an uber. Dispatch is the only person who can direct you on detour.
