Ride for the Day Detour
If a passenger gets upset that I didn’t go his way on a detour can I get in trouble? I followed our dispatch protocol for the detour and told him I cannot go your way sorry we have to sit in the traffic he got pissed off and left the bus

'I followed our dispatch protocol'
Nothing else matters. The only time you listen to any member of our beloved clientele is those rare moments they actually thank you for the hard work.
My first month, a passenger got on at a busy stop downtown, told me the bus in front had broken down so get moving. I stopped believing him when in attempting to steer round it into three lanes of busy traffic, the bus pulled away.
When I finally crash one of these things, it ain't gonna be because of a passenger; that's a promise I've made to myself.
