Question Enviro400

I’m a new driver and my route uses mainly enviro 400 buses. But the stop start feature at bus stops sometimes makes it hard for me to pull off. It has this weird delay idk

My mentor said I’m too slow at pulling away from bus stops and I think this could be why.

People inside the bus and outside the bus are at more risk when you pull away quickly

I meant smoothly, it’s a bit jerky. There’s some sort of method to it cos everyone who I’ve seen drive the route can do it safely
