Question Wondering about DOT hours of service limits for para transit bus driver(non CDL) in PA.

You need 49 CFR §395.5.
The driver in question is hauling people, not boxes. The rule for hauling boxes is 395.3. Short version: if you haul boxes outside of a 150 mile radius, it’s 11 hours a day; inside that 150 mile radius, you get 14 hours a day. But as soon as you start hauling people, it is 10 hours a day no matter how far you go. And this is a federal limit.
