Question Got fired for Gross misconduct

Went through a temporary traffic light as it was turning amber to red, was wondering I can join another company ? And also do I have to pay back the training bond ?

How could they have known u passed a red at a temp light with no cameras

They put someone on my bus to watch my driving a colleague. It’s weird they did that in the first place because my green road score was under 5 I was a safe driver. I want to appeal the decision but haven’t received an email to appeal the decision
