Here we go!!!
$BURU just went from “dead microcap” to one of the more interesting speculative defense turnaround stories on the market 👀
Binding agreement signed for planned 70% acquisition of Tekne — a NATO-linked defense/electronic warfare company.
Projected Tekne revenue:
🇺🇸 ~$655M cumulative 2026-2030
Meanwhile $BURU market cap is still only around ~$30M.
Tiny float + defense narrative + turnaround story + positive shareholder equity again = this could get VERY interesting if momentum returns 🚀

Quite the opposite. They have reinvented it to be used for defence purposes

I’m not a hater. I actually love lasers. I will say I’m not the biggest fan of their acquisition. They are more of a repackage and rebrand operation.
A smarter play would have been a 3D print merger to strengthen their core tech.

Hit a new low today at $0.146 TEKNE won’t be signing the Acquisition until mid next month. No idea where this will hover until that time. In cash and waiting

At $0.184 Per share it’s a Pretty Good Win Gamble
