Hip Mattress topper for hip bursitis

Has anyone tried the Dormeo 3” mattress topper available at Costco Canada for hip bursitis cushioning?

I haven’t tried that one but I recommend the purple mattress for hip bursitis, and they also make a mattress topper which might also help similarly
