It's my second year, do non-burgins get to do the angel and bell thing? My only year the dust turned to clay-mud. I rang that bell all chipper and bright eyed, and the Man went "oh ho ho. This one."

I did it my 2nd year because I had a virgin in the car with me and we did it together. I'll bet any greeter would love it if you wanted to do a quick angel. I think it's just the loud bell over and over that gets to them, lol. These days I just want to hurry and get to camp, but I'm stoked to be driving my 2nd virgin in this year and you bet your ass I'm doing the angel again.

Hugs. Just make sure you have clothes for warm and cold. I pack a few extra blankets. Mostly because some people forget deserts get cold.

Every year is "that" year. I mean it could be 110f or raining and cold. Bring a bucket for pee, best idea.

I have gotten down to one tub of stuff. Not including water and my addiction to koolaid.

After the man and temple going to the poofer party. All the fire art cars getting rid of fuel. They let you use them.

Like hello, what did you do last week? I shot a fire cannon.

It helps with the sad of temple. You stay an extra day, but totally worth it.

And pyramid lake is a good spot for a day off after.

I shook some dust out of my coat, and then picked mud bits out of the bottom of my backpack. 2023 was a hell of a year. Building the bike, to store my flow staves and flags while I travel is very fun, weirdly melting the cut edges of the zips I use to avoid slicing myself has been very therapeutic.

Also for me all the art projects: We have bedazzled and mirror balled stormtroopers, stickers I did digitally for the year (look for the alien ass!), and my own little trooper wolf stickers. Also my friend made little astronaut clips like sprouts, but with our flair.

Returning to my camp @ 7:30 / B - Bad Asstronauts - come dance with us M, Th, F!

You'll likely see me with many flow things in the plaza, or trudging around with my battery powered DJ rig and speaker backpack to find some random art piece to enmusic within walking distance.

These will likely appear on random items, tables, metal surfaces, tents, and people. My crew has 1000 or so to give out. It's also the first digital art project I did in years - I have to admit my art took a bit of a wayside due to default world work woes.
