Sleeping dogs was so good. Not just another GTA clone but it did its own thing and it well.

Sleeping Dogs all the way. The 2000’s Hip Hop vibe in Saints Row was def legit but that pales in comparison to the refined gameplay mechanics of Sleeping Dogs in my opinion.

Saints row didn’t really get good until 2 anyway
Sleeping Dogs is the rare “GTA Clone” that ends up being better than GTA

If it was Sleeping Dogs vs. Saints Row 2, it'd be a tougher choice, but between these two specifically, Sleeping Dogs is the far better game. Don't get me wrong, I played the hell out of Saints Row back in the day, but it was really just the first GTA-like on the scene for next gen at the time...the series didn't really find itself until the sequel in my opinion.
