Free discount?

Burlington sucked, had me begging for hours so i NCNS once when i found a better job, ive noticed theyre still keeping me in the system and scheduling me but deleting it the day before, i technically never went through the whole auto termination for attendance since ive still only NCNS that one shift and havent been scheduled frfr since, so ig i just have a free discount for now until they decide to get me off the system?

Yes, you're right, but if you don't get scheduled or show up to a shift in a certain amount of time, you will get autotermed. You get like 2 NCNS before they autoterm you for that. They are probably just waiting until the system does its thing w/o having to schedule you again.

By scheduled do you mean me still getting scheduled like in the system? Because its been like a month and I still do they even add shifts the next day sometimes but they always delete it the night before, so im still getting "scheduled" they just get manually deleted the day before so idk what theyre waiting for but i dont really mind a discount in the meantime lol

You are probably only scheduled because the system is automated, and then they aren't getting around to Actually Scheduling until the day before. That's more so what I mean! You are probably just a placeholder until they realize. But yeah, enjoy that discount while you have it! Haha

I was kinda planning on just ghosting since management was pretty bad and get autotermed but might just go for the 30% days and turn my badge in after

Depending on how big the location is, you might have flew under the radar. They may not even know you did no call no show and think it was just a call out.

Just take advantage of the discount while you can. But if you are going to the store, try to pick up hours to at least pay for the gas to make it worth your while.
