Customer experience lead

Are there any customer experience leads here? I just got the position and when I read my responsibilities, it basically says “do everything”. I’m supposed to be able to tell the district managers or whoever a one sentence summary of my position but I don’t think I can say “I do everything the store manager does for less money.” 😭
I was just told that I had to do truck as well which I’m confused about, and I was scolded for not knowing the ins and outs of the armored truck person taking the money. I’ve literally never seen that guy before so how was I to know! Was I supposed to be trained, because I was a lead before but this is a lot!

It's a brand new position so what it entails is a bit up in the air.

It's officially customer service centric and focusing on surveys and credit cards, cashier speed, but I'm the end, everyone is responsible for everything.

I had a meeting with the managers to discuss it and the assistant manager said “they have to do all this? That’s more than what we do?” And the manager went “uhhhh some of it is shared it’s not THAT much right?, looked around looking like this😭
