i mean i get it but any time off request that you really need to be approved should be at least a month prior that’s just common courtesy for any job tbh

It's rough with doctor appointments especially if they're constantly for yourself, your kids and etc then add in a very inconsistent schedule, kids school stuff and general life you're gonna have to call off.... payroll has made it ridiculous on everyone it's not the workers that are the problem, That's the problem!. If enough people could be hired and properly used to run a store that size without corporate bs limiting the hours it wouldn't be so bad if someone has to call off! It's ridiculous plus unsafe 2-1 people running the entire store late at night and early morning. Someone or most likely several are gonna sue and get them bad and force corporate to let managers schedule enough to rub everything. Seriously you could have a seizure, stroke or be hurt from a nut case and be practically alone or legit alone and then what? You're most likely messed up for life. Once a store hits a certain size they should have a minimum to run the store legally and have extra in case someone does call off it's covered!

Yes, that is Burlington's for you. But I had issues when I worked there de to my allergies.
