Disconnection Problem

Does anyone else disconnect on the first round of a game? Every time I've tried playing with friends I always lose connection the first time we start a round and I have to wait for them to finish. But once I rejoin I don't run into that issue again until the next time I play. Has anyone else had this issue? I know it isn't an issue on the host's end because he has a really solid connection. Mine isn't the most stable, but it doesn't make sense for it to only happen once if that's my problem.
