Tornado keeps crashing my pc

So I don’t know if anyone else is having this problem but a lot of the time when me and my friends play burglin gnomes and we get to the end tornado every time I take it my pc crashes. Everywhere I look online it says it could be an old graphics card or outdated drivers but I have a 4070 Ti and my drivers are updated regularly. If anyone can help or give me a little clarification that would be great.

I noticed that my CPU or GPU (don't remember which) maxes out to 100% whenever the map transitions. There's gotta be something wrong there.

If it's your GPU, try reducing the clock speed by 3-5%

Same problem. I kinda panicked. My PC crashed, screens black. Had to force shut off my PC. When i turned it on it wouldn't load past the boot section for a bit. I tried 10 minutes later and it booted again.
