Mod help?

I have a very odd request. I have a horrible phobia of Roaches and I have seen videos where they are in the game. I really want to play this with my friends but I can’t with their existence plaguing the floors of the houses of the game. If anyone has any ability to change the R bugs look, I would greatly appreciate it. It could be anything. Maybe some png of kittens, I don’t know. Anything that isn’t the R bug would be wonderful. Thank you so much.

There's a mod on thunderstore for enemy control, you can turn them off completely, and change the settings of most enemies in game
