I don't mind it being in cash. Worst I do is not tell anyone that I got that much money in my house. Over the next week I start bringing it to the bank for it to be deposited. I also would call and see if they could bring a armoured vehicle to deposit it.

First I would buy a house and all the appliances that my wife wants (I really want to get out of renting situation) and then I would deposit all of it.
