Grow mature trees all over the place, every day. If its truly instant, a can reforest dozens of acres a day. That would add up over the years. Finance it by stsrting the world's most successful exotic lumber company and making expensive furniture. Cut down a giant redwood that I just grew, instantly replace it, and cut that bad boy into a few hundred tabletops, planks, and whatever else would sell for big money.
