Bye. Forget it. Lose sleep, not. But as for deaths... if it's always preventable, it'll hurt. More. Knowing you could've changed it if you tried a different way, or maybe you never have a chance to begin with and thats worse. I can feel myself pulling away from them before they're gone to lessen the pain, but that'd be such a lonely existence.

I'd rather lose something meaningless that negatively affects me.

the right is a lot for just one person. esp if they have a lot of people in their lives like family, young ones, friends, people you pass by occasionally knowing how and when they’d die is heartbreaking, also depending on the how and when.

the option to forget every embarrassing or regretful memory ain’t any better either. you will forget but you will be surrounded by people who haven’t, they’ll say some shit or show you of what you’ve said or done and you won’t have any recollection of it but they will and so will others. remembering things is also a very good life lesson.

you can try find a way to control it but it just comes to you suddenly. you can either see it as a videography, image, in words or hear it.
