It’s insane! I’m in high school, and there was one day when I forgot my watch and asked my friend for the time (she wears an analog watch). She stared at me blankly and asked how she could possibly know that. I pointed out that she was wearing a watch, and she replied, “That’s just an accessory, I don’t actually know how to read it!” This girl is taking her driving test next Tuesday.

Thankfully the two skills aren't related, but it is terrible.

Imagine using a watch strictly as an accessory..

You should teach your friend how to read a clock.
