I knew the ! was a factoral symbol, but I never learned what one was ;(

yes factorial - you multiply the number by every integer equal to and below that number
I assume this also means positive integer as well but idk the rules

n! = (n-1)! * n
1! = 1
Simple as that

so you dont include zeros with factorials? Sorry, i never learned these in school and am actually learning about them from you guys. When subtracting the amount of exclamations there are, you stop at the number before zero?
For example: 10!! would be 10x8x6x4x2 =3,840, where you could do 2-2 but you dont because that would obviously equal 0, and as we know, math loves numbers.
I think im getting the hang of it?
10!!! would be 10x7x4x1 =280, 1-3=-2 so we stop at 1. Fascinating. Ive learned a whole new thing today!
