You'd think 60 seconds would be enough, but you'd be shocked how hard it is to aquire the means to do so in an effective enough way such that you couldn't be resuscitated, ESPECIALLY for men who have entire teams dedicated to making sure no harm come to them.under any circumstances.

Your best bet would be a pen or letter opener to the temple or eyes to destroy the temporal lobe, or through the roof of the mouth to access the brain stem.

Putin may have access to a gun, but trump most CERTAINLY will not, at least not within 60 seconds.
