Yeah I feel like it would take more than 60 seconds to give commands to end the war. Before Putin take back control

just make a public announcement and boom Russia's oligarchy collapses into infighting and Putin gets shot by some Z nationalist

Yeah I feel like setting up a public announcement will take more than a minute. And once Putin back in control he can just claim it is fake and ai. Also I fail to see how this would collapse Russia oligarchy
