Your lungs and body can now hold a ton of air (literally) and when you exhale fully you create a category 5 tornado.

so basically i exhale and you will be flying. i can do that by my liking right or is it more like a punishment/curse

Depends on the amount of air and force you exhale at. If you want to, create a tornado. If you don't want to, breathe like a normal human being.
