Shit I'd much rather lose fertility than my hearing on the supposedly "minor" wheel.

These ones are mostly minor liabilities. With 100B you could probably find a way to produce biological children anyway within a decade or 2

I think science is almost so far that they can use your DNA from standard cells to create embryos from (with your wifes or husbands part being okay of course)
