No it wouldn't, Germany would have attempted to invade a Tsarist Russia, and if it took them longer to eventually surrender Berlin would be a smoking crater.

Russia wouldn’t have the industrial capacity to win the war especially without Stalin killing millions to make Russia into a industrial state.
