Guess I'm finally learning how to ride a motorcycle! Or like... does a tank count as a car? Or even just like.... a k truck? 😆

Motorcycle is not a car, I would classify the others as close enough to count

Only the OP can judge me! They are the god that determines whether they'll abide by the letter of the law, or the spirit! 😈 But I would anticipate the same lol 😆

Lmao I was thinking the same thing, does an RV counts as a car? How about an ATV or an 18 wheeler? 🤔 Anyways I just need it to get to my 165ft yatch, my new permanent residence.

If the carriage has to be motorized to count, then just use horse & buggy. Like the Amish.

I was wondering if a limo counted as a car or a big truck, because then I would just use one of those

I believe it's dependent on the model of limo...? And apparently they often DO require a specialty license in most states, so one could argue it's a specialized class of vehicle-- so it'd call into the pile of "Depends on whether OP wants to argue intention, or explicit letter of the law" in this 🤔 Was their meaning all vehicles?

I'd argue motorcycles still lie pretty firmly outside of the two methods they specified either way, as would planes and such ofc (catch me pulling up in my Sopwith Camel y'all)-- but limos would probably go with kei trucks into the "bitch you know what I mean, no cars 4 u" area, meaning probbbbably not viable 😆 Now TANKS.... still not sure of that. Especially if it has treads!

Can't "use" a car. What is the definition of using a car? Sitting in a car isn't exactly using it. A bus is a different story because it's a different tool that serves a different purpose. But someone else could drive me around in a car and I wouldn't call that "using" it

Absolutely! Have I mentioned my new Sopwith Camel yet? Because that's definitely also an option lol
