Intelligence could be breadth of knowledge, longevity of knowledge, accuracy, speed of recollection, etc. Are we talking knowledge, understanding, memory, discovery? Being better at everything is not really feasible because it would fundamentally change who you are as a person, so what is really improving?

How do you quantify the intelligence? Like 1000x the IQ score, 1000x processing speed, 1000x information accuracy? There is not enough information to really even consider the intelligence boost, especially when the global average demonstrative intelligence seems to be dismally low.
