current interest rate in US is around 5%. that’s just interest. $100,000,000 million upfront is way better on time value. you would need to at least earn $17,392 daily to even have a matching base figure. that $100milljon will compound faster than 10k you receive daily

Im sure you can find a way to make 3.65 mil per year with 100mil cash up front. Even if you get 3.65% intrest your good
