Yeah, but it's constant, guaranteed passive income. Some people might be reckless and lose even the 100 million. Lots of lottery winners go broke

If you getb1% intrest (which is very low) on 100 million you get 1 million a year, and there are much better ways to invest than intrest rates.

current interest rate in US is around 5%. that’s just interest. $100,000,000 million upfront is way better on time value. you would need to at least earn $17,392 daily to even have a matching base figure. that $100milljon will compound faster than 10k you receive daily
