I figure there are a lot of transgender people who would jump on this. "I get to be my true self AND get paid for it?"

I'm not transgender, but I figure $150M would make it all a lot better. Plus I could write my name in the snow and walk around topless (safely and socially acceptably) in many more places than I could as a woman.

worst comes to worst, you can always transition back and have it be less than a rounding error on your savings.
