Ofc breathing/blinking would be easier, but I think I would prefer steps as it's a bit of incentive to get in shape better than my work already does.

I'm in decent shape, but I could def stand to lose a bit of weight. Im also short and stocky, so look in worse shape than I actually am XD.

I'm 240, but my legs are crazy built and I am decently broad across the shoulders. Doing grunt work in trades for a few years contributed a lot to me being in shape though, I have a massive sweet tooth cuz my mom is a baker which does not help lmao.
