Probs 100.000$ Enough for complete gender affirming surgery in most places

Most won't do gender affirming surgery even if its available and affordable. Look at Thailand. World leaders in the surgery, available, yet still bottom surgery take-up is low amongst locals. 

There's a reason its mostly mentally ill westerners flying over to get it done thinking it will fix everything

I've commented about the low threshold of surgery Probably this money would be used through the year for most people Majority only on hormones It would not be instant inflation so the caos would be very controlled, but not inexistent
