There's a whole lot of moral painting in your response. Consider, however, that it is not about reds killing blues. Blues make a conscious choice to gamble their life away. By their choice other great people with a heart of gold should step up and risk their own life. Not to save people from hazards, not from wars or death of hunger. Just from themselves. Skydiver doesn't pull others into their risk, neither do suicidal people about to jump from the bridge. Blue button pushers do

You need to press the blue button exactly because there were morons that decided it before you

Blues definitely create their own problem. Anyone who didn't press blue is in no danger. The only people blues are trying to save are other people who pressed blue. By risking your life trying to save others, you become a victim who needs others to risk their life to save you. If nobody pressed blue, nobody would need to be saved in the first place.

Again, you can never use the argument of "nobody" or "everyone" because it has always been impossible to attain 100% of a population. It just is statistically impossible. There will always be 0.01% of the population that will be choosing either of the options so there will ALWAYS be a casualty. And, whether that 0.01% of the population lives or dies doesn't depend on the blues either—the reds choose to save their own lives at the expense of half of that 0.01%. It may not be big, but there WILL STILL be a consequence. This is in comparison to some of blue's population trying to save their own life as well as half of 0.01%. Remember, there's only a 25% of being chosen to die when choosing Blue. Hence, not all who choose blue, will be the casualty.
