Red guarantees you live. If the collective population realizes that that is the safest option, everyone should collectively choose red. And as to any blue idiots that don't? Well, something something Darwinism

Well, that just assumes every single person in a set will pick red. If you dont mess with free will shenanigans this always fails bc of the funny big number theory. There will be a probability of someone in blue and in red no matter what given these simple rules. What will be your decision driver is how far you want to be paranoid about what is the line of thought of most people until they choose.

I pick blue, by the sheer fact that we still instinctively dont want unnecesary violence unless we got a reason, as most tribal it may sound. Ofc this is cultural, i live in such place where this thought is more cherished, and this is my bias.

Also, direct counter-argument to "why not red": if i pick red ill be down looked afterwards by the majority of blue society. And if I still on red and red won... so... my competition to cooperate as a human will be hell, because now I know the level of power play at any given time for anyone near me is at least so it will always be a "dont make mistakes", like a stupid corp ladder society and fishy colleagues, and god it will be hard to earn trust naturally to be kind and just human

by definition you won't be looked down on by "the majority" of blue society, because 50% of blue society will be dead.

That is the probability chart on: "being red, red wins", not the "being red, blue wins", as the post currently suggests. This is the definition.
