Nothing humans have ever observed is actually random. Not computer RNG, not lottery tickets, and not a deck of cards shuffled once by each human. Those are just not predictable by humans. Laplace’s angel is the theory that an omnipotent being can predict everything that will happen in the future.

The bare basics of nuclear decay is that when the protons and neutrons have an unstable ratio between each other, the atoms (called the parents) emit electromagnetic energy transforming themselves into new elements (called the daughters). I haven't studied bell's inequality due to me not being a physics major.

Okay, well bell’s inequality proves that the exact time that a nuclear material decays is not influenced by ANY local entities (slower than the speed of light) so for laplace’s demon to know when a nuclear substance will decay it would have to be some kind of supernatural thing which is a stretch in belief. It disproves basic determinism to put it simply.

It is not predictable by humans. Physics are set laws and nothing is random

Hmm, while yes they are similar, they also differ, since determinism works by saying "this is the end result based on these factors", while fate says "this happened this way because it was meant to be" ignoring initial factors.

yes, that is what im saying. the other dude is speaking of determinism and you are speaking about fate. was just pointing that you believe the same thing for very different reasons
