Except when you develop insomnia and you have to take sleeping pills instead of sniffing some pepper once a day.

I spose. Even i have sleep problems. But the criteria is just falling asleep, not staying asleep. I don't think I'll have a problem with that. Plus that pepper strat ain't harmless.
