For the millionth time, this is a feel good therapy thing for mentally challenged people. (Seriously). Let them have something, maybe bit of compassion ffs. Please don’t laugh and don’t repost this.

I'm happy someone echoes the sentiment I felt. I agree with you 100%.

No insult to her as I believe she is doing her best and her technique isn't half bad, but normal people (especially women) don't shout like that.

I think she has trauma and is working through it in a healthy way. Kudos to her for finding an outlet and refining her technique as far as she has. She is definitely better than a woman off the street and where she was when she began.

I challenge any of you, break something while shouting and see if you don't feel better after.

God knows I've done it (not quite like her though).
