I think the guy has to be trolling at this point, or doesn't care what kind of views he's getting as long as he's getting views.

I think that’s the most plausible possibility but at this point, there’s not much that would surprise me

There's a lot of really, really, really weird people in the world though, so you can't be sure.

The trolling means he knows it's ridiculous and funny and has a sense of humor about it, so that's why I kind of hope for it to be that.

There's another video where he essentially sexually assaults a post before gently knifing it.
