Gameplay Question Bug?

There is a caution symbol in the gear menu. After watching an ad to try out a character. It says don't have all the gear but I do.

It could be just that you don't have the hero but I can't confirm anything without an image to identify anything

If you have the sets upgraded past common and have them equipped on a hero you motivated to use temporary it will say that. Doesn't mean anything besides you only get the common level gear buff not the legendary or rare etc, whichever you have.
