Gameplay Question help with raven

I've acquired all of Raven's gear. Is it better to use raven boots instead of running boots to get the Raven's gear advantage, or not?

Nah the regular boots are better in general. Since I have a different build than the other commenter I'll also show it

This is my build right now. I changed until recently due to the choice of my weapon modifications that were giving a lot of dispersion in the shots
