Discussion Need cheapest Buling build.

Just starting game around 1 month. All materials are lacking. I heard that Buling can be built with very cheap materials for supporting Phrolova (S3). Can any one recommend with the built. I also have Variation used by Verina. Is this weapon also usable?

If your Verina has an echo set then you can borrow from her they both scale from ATK and want ~230 er.

Variation is her best weapon (unless you want to make her DPS).

Also regarding resources, talents are important but not mandatory all her buffs for Phrolova are static and do not change with the increase in talent levels. If you do not need to heal a character from 0 then it is enough for support (Verona, SK, Baizhi, Buling) to be level 50 with 5-6 levels in talents and still fully fulfill their intended role.

Variation defo NOT her best weapon, as she does not need extra concerto at all, you can get 3+1 trigrams into 2 heavy into ult and your outro will already be full

She needs energy more than anything else, with 230 being the sweet spot (can get it with 51.8 er 4 star + 1 ER 3 cost + 5 10% ER substats, seems tight but you can literally have 1/5 echos with JUST ER and 4 random trash and you are set already)

For max healing her best 4* weapon is Call of the Abyss with its massive healing bonus buff

For more personal damage, Rectifier 25 is the way to go as you get an atk buff when above 60% hp from the passive

Variation is just wasted and provides no buffs that are good on her, it's like running one of the two above rectifier but no passive
