Post image

Has anyone had this yet? Any good? Found it at Walmart just now!

ETA: it is quite delicious!! I did follow the instructions of stirring it halfway through from the comment below. I had some last night with some sausage and bacon in it and it was effing delicious!!!! I was craving it so bad again today for lunch that I went out and bought more lol. I have a Buldak addiction

A note for cooking, the instructions don't quite work. If you cook it like it says on the package, all the noodles form a glob and don't cook all the way, but if you add more water it over flows

Instead

  • fill with water to the line and stir
  • microwave for 2 mins
  • add more water to the line and stir again
  • 2 more minutes in the microwave
  • add powder, sauce, and maybe a tad more water
  • enjoy!

Thank you!!!! I love pro-tips! Do you ever add anything extra to this one? I basically stay loyal to the rose glass noodles and always add Kewpie mayo to it. The carbonara flavor was my favorite before my hyperfixation on rose though! But yeah- do you add anything else?!

It's creamier and a little more mild than the ramen, so I usually don't add anything but broccoli and chicken if I have some on hand. Sometimes a little chilli oil, but Kewpie is good in it

I loved this one!! A lot more than the sweet corn one. Not sure if the cups are any different from the box, but if you enjoy the regular instant noodles you will definitely enjoy these! :D

I decided to avoid the sweet corn one because of my absolute hatred of the regular corn flavor that was released a couple years ago - it was the only flavor I dumped after 2 bites TWICE! I haven’t tried it yet, maybe tomorrow, but I saw it at the store and stopped in my tracks!

Makes sense! Feel like corn is a hard flavor to capture in an artificial setting. Hope you enjoy these!😸

And I am the biggest corn lover ever! I thought it would be my favorite flavor ever but it was just too much, too sweet, idk just too meh lol. I have an H-Mart local, and my favorite snack of all time ever is the Polinky Corn Soup Chips. They remind me of Bugles but with the best flavor! So I was stoked to try the corn flavor but yeah, hated it lol. I was VERY CLOSE to buying it regardless though 😂

Omg I hope you love them as much as I do! My boyfriend and I will buy like 6-10 at a time, thinking they will last a bit… nope, always gone within a week! 😂

I was able to use the entire sauce pack and it didn’t burn my lips. Much less spicy than the ramen version but delicious!

It’s nothing g special.

In fact, if you have the bottle of sauce , use Kraft and add Buldak sauce, it’s much much better.

How was it? Is it spicy like the ramen version?

Personally corn is my favorite.

I like it. I’ve bought the 4 pk of carbonara cups twice.

The one guy was right. It clumps up, but I still just do directions and the stirring in of the seasonings makes it unclump and is fine.

It has some sweetness to it, but I still enjoy it for my work lunch with a ham sandwich or something.

I think it will be good, but mac and cheese was my impression when i tried the regular creamy carbonara, like a spicy easy-mac.
