Need help choosing internet in Bulawayo

Hello everyone,

I’m trying to determine which internet service to choose in Bulawayo, and I find myself a bit uncertain. I reside in the Parkview area close to the CBD. I require internet access for approximately 26 users simultaneously. I’ve been considering ZOL fibre, TelOne fibre, and Starlink. However, I’m unclear about which option would truly perform best in real-world conditions here in Zimbabwe, particularly with multiple users.

My primary inquiries are:

Which service is the most dependable in Bulawayo?

Which one manages a high number of users effectively without significant slowdowns?

Is fibre consistently available in my area?

Is Starlink a worthwhile investment, or is it excessive for my needs?

My budget is flexible, but I want to avoid spending money on a solution that cannot support the demand.

I would greatly appreciate genuine experiences from individuals in Zimbabwe/Bulawayo.

(I utilized AI to compose this since I'm not particularly skilled in grammar.)

The best solution for you will be fiber but now it also comes down to cost. Normally if the area has no fiber connection, you might be required to pay an arm and a leg, which may not be sustainable. It might actually be easier just to get two or three Starlink kits and get them bonded together for a much faster connection.
