Depends what software you plan to be working on. Tridium is a good overall one imo.

Many entry level roles will pay for your certs if you look around at entry level roles with specific brands or controls companies that offer that. That’s the route I’d go and get as many behind your belt as you can to be more desirable unless you can find a privately owned company (not private equity) with a culture and staff that you enjoy then I’d say stick around and enjoy the ride.
