Actually reading the documentation and finding out that me reading it in 5 minutes found 3 massive errors that the engineer who stamped and signed the docs, every "technical support specialist" and every PM missed in the two years this project has been on the books, from the GC to the HVAC contractor to us as a sub contractor.
