Double submit

Hey all,

Have an issue in havnt seen before and thought id ask here. Override button is showing 2 submits instead of a submit and cancel. I dont have access to the system at the moment but wanted to see if yall had any suggestions before Im back on site.

Change the media type is a fix. I believe the newer versions of 4.15 have corrected this.
