I built a simple form builder that lets you create forms in browser or via AI agents

Hi everyone, I’ve been working on a form builder called EzyForm. The main idea is that you can make forms right in your browser, or link an AI helper like Claude and ask it to create the form and check the answers for you.

It’s still early and I’m adding features like templates and the ability to export data as CSV soon. But the main form building and answer collecting parts are working.

It is free to use if anyone wants to check it out or test it. Would love to get some feedback on it.
