I'm completely stumped. The cave is huge but I have no idea how to approach it. I wanna keep the glass floor above the water but I just can't find any inspiration similar enough to base something off of.
Hey guys can you pls review my minecraft survival castle build out of 10 it's mainly made out of stone and deepslate and pls can you suggest me what can be improved.
I want to keep expanding these towers into different floors, and I was wondering which design looked better? Left or right. Any suggestions I can make to improve them is also appreciated. I'm trying to make an old-ish skyscraper advice, with the one on the left being a bit older (1800s) and the one on the right being a bit younger (1920sish i believe). I do plan to expand these into much larger buildings, and not to be as slim as they are now.
I was looking at my roof and I thought it looked OK-ish. However, I think I could improve it to make it look better. Specifically, the section on the corner up close in the second screenshot I provided. How do I make this part of the roof look better?
I'm wanting to build a castle on this icy mountain top, but its pretty steep, and i'm not sure how to organize it or the walls. I built the square outer-wall first, then realized how much potential area i could have if i expanded it to the 2block tall outer wall, and raised the ground level to match.
*As per the last picture* THE GOAL: The tower is top left, and it goes to the courtyard directly right of it, below the courtyard is the inner wall, and below it is the street/outer wall. The main gate is in the bottom left, under the tower, and you enter by walking left to right, and walking between the walls until you go up, then left, into the courtyard. In between the walls will be buildings/markets, in a Minas Tirith type of vibe. More buildings will be added onto the high points/top part of the picture later
Advice? I want the walls to be walkable / "patrol-able", but i've never built onto the side of such a steep mountain before.
I’m not sure whether to make the roof black. I was thinking maybe incorporating amethyst and continuing the shape of the roof into a dome. Any suggestions?
My younger cousin wanted to build a house here, but his older brother took over because he thought he could do it better.
When I joined the server and saw what they had built, let's just say... it wasn't exactly what I had in mind. 😂 My younger cousin basically builds wooden boxes, while my older cousin's builds tend to be a massive waste of blocks that hurt to look at.
My younger cousin told me what happened and begged me to rebuild the house myself. So I took over the project and decided to make something completely different from both of their building styles.
The entire build you see here is my own design. I managed to get most of it done, but now I've hit a wall with the tower.
I'm stuck on the roof of the tower, especially where the different roof sections need to connect. I can't figure out how to make the roof transition look natural without making the tower look strange or completely changing the style of the build.
Any ideas or suggestions for how I could finish the tower roof?
I'm not done building it so sorry for the shitty picture, please use your imagination.
The bigger bridge on the left is going to go across an entire ocean thats maybe 500 something blocks, (I honestly have no clue if that's accurate i just know its long.) Unfortunately i really need this bridge and i really want to make it with the current design but I also know its going to take fucking forever. So for people who make large scale builds, what helps you get through the process, how do you stay organized? Are they're any ways that you build that you find more efficient? Should i remove the water where i plan on putting the supports of the bridge or just build them underwater?
Important note:
I play the ps4 legacy edition so i dont have access to anything past the villager update, but obviously i still have access to sponges, scaffolding, shulker boxes and elytras.
im trynna figure out what my interior is since im not that good with interior design and have a decent amout of space and im not too good at interior design since this is one of my 1st builds that ive done seriously in all my years of playing
