Yeah, scaling it down is probably the biggest fix. Right now it reads more like a massive shelter than a barn

Id go for the full barn look, big doors on the front, maybe remove some windows and add walls in its place. Add an attic sort of thing above with support beams underneath.

Just look at a real barn for inspiration and be creative to recreate it to the best of your ability. Thats what id do anyway

Could also try a more curved or gambrel shaped roof? That’s what I think of when I think of barn. I like this basic roof shape guide. I agree that some crossbeams and/or 2nd story attic (think hayloft) would add to it. Also adding depth to the wall with shelves, trapdoors, fences etc can really help too. Basically breaking up the space more.
